I have a Dodge Neon that I just changed out steros in.  While in the process of changing I accidently touched the Constant +12v supply to the antenna.  I mesured it with a volt meter and I'm getting nothing.  So, I assumed that I had blown a fuse somewhere.  Also there is and indicator telling me that I have a fuse problem.  The problem is, that I have checked all of my fuses and nothing is blown.  Is there a fuse in a diffrent place that I don't know about?
