no cruise control on 1994 mustang gt

Hello, My  'stang has the cruise controls in it, but alas... they dont work!  :(

Iv'e looked at the chiltons that I have and didnt get any where, as the picutre that it gives for the location of the 'speed control amp (servo)' is very vauge.

any help is much needed/ appreciated, as this is my last resort b4 i take it to ford and tell them to fix it (which i dont want to do)
