If there's a hole in the door what you can do to fill it is fiberglass in the crossover into the door or get a plate of some sort to fill the hole. Use your imagination when it comes to this.
Did you want to mount the pos in the kick panel ?

well, its a 4x4 so there aint really much room in the kick pans, but the is on the door. What i meant with the hole was that, behind the door panel, there is a hole in the metal(higher up models then mine have speakers here)but my fronts are in the dash.I bought a pair of 6 1/2s with seperate tweeters, but thought that i could mayby use the plugs to run a set of 3 1/2s,and have the 6 1/2s in the door, but i wanted to make a doory pod facing upwards,or am i just dreaming? :s

there is a couple ways you build this up...
you could try to build pods that wold fit into the hole and face upward...or you can remove the inner door panel and use an MDF ring to aim your speaker then stretch fabric over the portion of the door you want to glass...and go from there..
do a quick search for door panels, there have been a couple builds floating around lately..
