Im trying to install some footwell LEDS. Im just wondering if someone could tell me the best place to put the 12v wire (CD player if possible) and the 0v (earth) wire
I am an amateur at this so please if possible give me a step by step guide or direct me to a site

you can wire them into the cd player. but if i were to do that. i would wire them into the switched  power wire so they come on and off when the ignition. as far as the ground. put it with the ground of the cd player. if you need further help keep asking!

If i connect my leds to the + battery terminal will it drain my battery even though i have a switch to turn them off. My bro believes they will

no if they  are off ther will be no current flowing.

Whats the difference in grounding LEDs to a bare piece of metal and the - battery terminal

I installed my Leds. I wired them up to the battery but when I connecting the - terminal to the battery there was a spark, just a little when. does this mean my 2 15" LED Tubes are constantly on even though i can turn them off with a remote. will this drain my battery
