im looking for a way to make leds blink down a line.

1*  2*  3*  4*  5*  6*  7*  8 * 9* 10*

so first one lights then 2 and so forth and so one till it cycles

also if theres a wiring diagram that shows how to wig wag two banks of ten leds please post that too

You have a variety of choices- Ring Counter, decimal counter, or the easiest would be to find a Knight-Rider kit

whats a knight rider kit ? where can i get one. ?  I like electronics and want to try and put it together myself. like a christmas puzzle presentfor me.

They make kits for 'scanners' like the one on Knight Rider.

If you want to make your own, you can make a binary counter and use a binary to decimal decoder, or use some JK flip flops set up in a ring configuration
