I just installed a amp and sub to my factory radio in my 2006 Dodge Dakota. Everything works except the remote wire. I seem to have power all the time so after a week my amp drained my battery. Can anyone tell me which wire to connect the remote wire to? I tried the red power wire but it didn't work. The wires are not labeled so please be specific. Any help is much appreciated.

Do you own a multimeter? Borrow one.

find an accs wire. If there isn't one at the radio harness, go to the fusebox, or ign. harness

What type of hi to low converter did you use? Peripherall SVENR is what I use, it creates a turn on signal. No turn on pop. great unit 49.00
