i recently purchased a truck and with it came an eclipse deck, i disconnected the freakin battery i already knew it was gonna happen. i dont have the security cd i bought the truck at a dealer. well ther shop i work at doesnt sell eclipse so i was wondering any one know how or where to besides the factory to bypass the e,s,n any help is helpful thanx for your time..

Nope.  You need to go to your local Eclipse authorized dealer and pay for the unlock.  Be sure to take your proof of purchase.

i kinda figured,,,too bad it was a nice deck too.  like i said it came with the truck so i got no proof of the purchase of the deck...too bad

Go to authorized dealer. Have dealer pull the lockout code and the electronic serial number of the unit. Have the dealer fill out a ESN change of ownership request form. Fax form to Eclipse. Get new code. Unlock cd player, pay dealer. If the unit is a older model and cannot be unlocked at the dealer, then it will need to be sent to Eclipse.

hey forbidden thanx worked beautiful....i ve had prior issues with eclipse , this time everything worked out fine.
