Hey guys, new to the board, just got a question.  Yesterday, I installed my new deck into my 2k2 accord, Thats all set, and I even ran all my RCa's as well, all the way to the trunk, two sets, one for high,s and one for subs, anyway,  does any oneknow how to get a 4 guage power cable through the fire wall without drilling.  Is it even possible to run it w/o drilling, I seriously hope so, thats the last thingI wanted to do.  Also, I have to run it on the passenger side, cuz the RCA's are on the drivers.  Thanks Again

Chad

Chad,
You don't need to do any drilling at all. The place where you can run your power cable through the fire wall is on the upper top left coner of the car with the vechicle foward facing. The cable will come into the car on the driver side. Find a rubber boot with a lot of wire going into the car then make a small cut on the rubber boot and then fish the coat hanger through the fire wall. Round out your edges of coat hanger with a sand paper so that you won't accidentally cut any wire when you are poking it through. Once you get the coat hanger thought, tie the cable to it and pull the coat hanger through the fire wall. You might want to run the power on the driver side and run the rca on the passenger side instead. Anyway, I hope that help.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.2002 Accord Power Cord -- posted image.
