I have a 92 chevy s10 p/u single cab. I have a pioneer premier h/u (4v pre-outs). a 4chan and a mono. I'm getting alot of ground noinse. The weird thing is, that I get a whine when the engines off, and the key is just in accessory. I'm also getting ground noise through the sub. Anyone have any suggestions?

It could be the RCA outputs on the Pioneer head unit. It is a common issue with Pioneer decks.
One way to check is to plug in a iPod or CD player to your amp. You would need a 3.5mm to RCA output to be able to hook it up to the amp. If that gets rid of your noise you would know the problem is with the RCA outputs on your deck.
This link would help you fix your problem.

I forgot to mention, I had an older pioneer premier hu that was also giving me a gl. The new one is doing it also. Also it seems worst when I first turn my truck on, but when I drive for a while it will go away, or fade alot.
