I pulled apart my dash last night and found that i have 2 infiniti 3.5 cf3022 that are 25watt rms , they run off my deck wich is only 15 watts rms. I would like to know if I wire them directly to my amp will the hpf act as a bass blocker they currently have a little black resistor built onto them plus a big black resistor ran in line with them. I would like to run them direct to my amp without the bass blocker is this possible?

Do you have 2 channels of your amplifier that are dedicated to the 3.5 inch speakers?

If you have 2 channels to dedicate to the 3.5s then yes the High Pass Filter of the amp will be all you need.  If you have another pair of larger speakers also connected to the same channel of the amp, you will need to use the High Pass Filter of the amp, with the crossover set to a  frequency suitable for the larger speakers, and use the 3.5s crossover also.
