I lost all audio in my 2007 Pontiac G5. I have no radio along with no alert sounds either, my blinkers don't even make noise anymore. I took apart my steering column to see if their were any harnesses that accidently came apart and I found one harness that was unplugged. The harness contains two wires ( a brown one, and also a greenw/ white stripe). I cannot find the spot were this harness came unplugged(if their is one).

Does anyone know where I can find the wiring diagram for the steering cloumn so I can see if this unplugged harnes sis my problem

i am an idiot

If you can not find the harness that mates with the one you found to be disconnected, chances are it is for a feature that did not come in your vehicle.    The alert sounds you are talking of all come out of the radio.  Have you checked to make sure the factory amplifier is getting power?   What was going on right before the sound went out?

Everything was working fine. I came out of my local 7-11 after getting coffee before work and turned my car on and I had nothing. It was working as i left my house int he morning. I'll have to check and make sure the amp is getting power. I appreciate your help!!
