I need help finding a place to penetrate the firewall to route my power wire for my amp.

I got a 96 and went through a grommet on the driver's side above and to the left of where the steering column goes through the firewall.  Guess yours might be a lil different though.  I had to remove a couple things under the hood first before I could get to it, but those were easily put back.  Just unscrewed the windshield washer fluid resovoir and pushed it to the side (did not disconnect it).  If worst comes to worst you can just drill a hole and use a grommet.  Of course before you drill make sure you're not gonna go through anything important.

Just out of curiosity, what gauge power wire are you using?

Right now I have some 4gauge, but probably gonna go for some bigger wire in the future
