Does anyone have a diagram that shows the removal of the factory radio in a 2002 civic. Or any other ways of hooking in a FM modulator to the factory radio????? Anyone who can help email me at kcalvert@cinci.rr.com

Pop out the lower dash panel pocket, then unscrew two phillips hex head screws that go into the bottom of the factory radio.  Then pry out the whole dash bezel assembly.  You might not even need to undo everything if you're just hooking up an fm modulator, although it would probably make it a lot easier to work in there.
