trying to figure out how to wire my subs..
i have a audiopipe amp that i'm going to run at 1 ohm for 1500w
i also have eight kicker comp 8" c84s
they are 4ohm subs, but i'm trying to find out how to wire all 8 to the amp and have everything run at 1ohm..
if i wire 4 of the subs like this:
http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/4SVC_2-ohm_mono.jpg
and run the second 4 exactly the same.. and put both sets in parallel to the amp, would it drop everything down to 1ohm?
i'm confused about the load, i guess.. would doing that also drop the load in half down to .5ohms?
thanks

There is no good way to wire eight 4-ohm SVC woofers to create a net 1-ohm load.  Why 8 woofers?
