is this a mono or 2 channel amp?

According to this website here this amp is a mono amp but as you can see in the pictures it has 4 terminals to hook up speaker wire. 2+'s and 2-'s. Does that not make it a 2 channel amp because from what I've read and seen on the internet a mono amp only has 1+ and 1- for speaker wires... am I right?...

[+][-] [+][-]<-- 2 channel amp?
[+][-] [+][-] [+][-]<-- 3 channel amp? etc.
I'm new to this...

Your link does not work. If the amp in question is a mono subwoofer amp, it is very common for them to include multiple speaker connection points simply for ease of connecting multiple subwoofers. But if it's a mono amp then it has one output channel and the speaker connections are paralleled.
