My wife went out and surprised me and had a system put in my truck.  Deck--Pioneer 5500/Amp--Alpine FSP200/Front Speaker s Infiniti components but the install depth of the rear speakers are giving me a problem.  Where(Circuit City) she purchased the system from has a limited amount of speakers that are shallow enough to fit(w/o putting in a box).  They suggested I can only install $50 pioneer or $70 Sony(Xplode-which are currently blown).  I think their selection of rears for my truck leaves alot to be desired and I am going to install something else.

What are the best rear speakers I could put in for about $120 or less??

Thanks for any help!

Is your truck a "Hard body" King Cab?  And if so, are the speaker openings size 4x6? If they 4x6, I would recommend Infinity's Reference 6402f.  That way you have a better chance of filling the rear with sound that will compliment the front.

Well since you've got 6 1/2 back there i would try Infinity's Reference 6002si.  They are made for shallow depts
