hello everyone i need some help i am working on a 59 impalla i am planning on makeing the head unit come out of the center of the dash in the speaker location i plan on using motors to make it motorized but dont know what kind or where to get some motors any and all suggestions will be very helpfull thanks

do you mean like using an actuator?  Will the head unit just be flush against the dash when it's not in use (but still visible)?  Or do you plan to also put an actuated cover over it?

kinda hard to explain but i will do my best
the radio is going i the stock speaker location on front dash when switch on the radio will rise out of the dash. and when switch off the radio will retract and will no longer be visiable hope this gives a better picture of what i am trying to achieve thanks
