Hi,

I'm having a little trouble with grounding my car stereo that I'm trying to install. The problem is that a Nissan does not have a ground wire for the stereo, but instead uses its own chasis. Where and what is the best way to attach the stereo's ground wire to the chasis? tie it down? use screws to tighten together? Thanks!

You want to screw the wire directly to the chasis of the vehicle. Put a ring terminal (the kind that you crimp onto a wire) on the end of the ground wire and screw it to the chasis of the vehicle. Make sure where you are grounding to is bare metal (no paint, corrosion, plastic, etc). You may have to sand through some paint to make a clean, bare metal contact point.
