I am building a 1955 Ford t-bird as a street rod and want to add a stereo system to this that will sound good.  I am more concerned with SQ than SP.  I need some advice as to what my options are.  I have room for 2 10" woofers and upto a 6 1/2" component set in kick panels.  I am also looking at the Kenwood Keg unit.  Anyone have one of these?  If so what is your opinion?  Is it worth the money?  ANy advice would be appreciated since I am not very knowledgable about stereos.

I would defiantly go with MB Quart for all your speakers and Diamond Audio for your amps. As far as the head unit goes I would suggest Eclipse and be sure to get good quality RCA's etc. But about how much are you looking to spend?

I am not sure what it will take.  I am guessing $1000-$2000?  What do you think for a complete system for a small convertible car?
