I'll be buying a head unit pretty soon and was wondering whether to buy here (Australia) or from an American site!!. I nearly bought an amp and sub from and American site, but I was informed about the waranty not being available over here. Anyway its the Pioneer DEH-P940 (i think) and its a grand plus shipping from the US site and around $2200 AUD over here..................What should I do??

Also, what size fuse do I need at the battery if I am using a distribution block with a 30 and a 60 amp fuse respectively??

Cheers Topaz

I would not purchase a head unit from America. The frequencies are different and your radio will not work correctly. As far as the main fuse you should use a 100 amp fuse.
