Big problem!! Other day i installed a pioneer deh-3000 head unit into my car along with a jbl amp and a pioneer sub. when i finished then install, everything was fine. But when it got dark and i had to turn my lights on my dash lights were out and one of my taillights went out!WEIRD!!! So i messed with fueses to correct my lights, but now i have no power to head unit or sub or amp. What could it be! I am using my old harness that i used from my previous JVC "El Camelion" HU?Would that be an issue? Weird cause it was working fine, besides the dash light not working, but now i just want the jank to work correctly. Any help guys would be awesome...

O by the way i drive a 97' integra GSR !

Thank, Rocky!

You should get a Metra harnes for your particular vehicle. Check to see if the dimmer/illumination wire is connected. If it is, disconnect it. That wire can play hell on your dash lights for some reason (and it's more common then you think). It blows fuses all the time.
2nd, since you didn't use the correct harness, you may have the 12v constant and switched wires hooked up incorrectly. The correct harness should match exactly, and will give a diagram for the wires to connect to the headunit. Without power to the headunit, the remote line to the amp wont work, which explains why the amp wont turn on.
BTW, be careful with the double posts. Delete the other one if your able to.
