what does everybody think about using 10" subs as mid-subs? if i did this i would probally buy 15" to cover the low ends. planing on Alpine R series

Can be done quiet effectively, just a lot more work, amplifiers, crossovers,$$$$$, possible noise problems, but if you don't mind the work, go for it.

money wont be much of an issue considering all i have to pay for is gas, all other expenses are covered by mother.  what crossovers are suggested? i want the cut off to be at 70hz and 210hz
