Anyone ever used FatMat for sound damping? Its SOO much cheaper than dynamat and it seems it all does the same thing.

Never heard of or used them, but I know of one a bit more reputable. Check out brown bread. Or, you can go the route i went. I went to my roofing store, got stuff called peel and seal. It's the exact same thing as dynamat and all those other products. I got a roll, 12"x 72' i think, it ran me 40 bucks. i did my who trunk with plenty to spare. Sounds great too. Good luck.

I've used fatmat and it served it's purpose. I didn't have any more rattles in that door. I got it pretty cheap too. Whether or not it is actually the same as the more expensive stuff, I'm not sure.
