I just replaced my 1994 Trans Am's stock radio with a pyle PLTV64 in dash TV unit. Everything went fine except my bass is extremly weak compared to what it used to be. Behind the new reciever ever thing else is still stock. The wiring harness has two wires that I didn't use, a "Amp Turn-On" and an "Amp Ground". I was wondering if these wires would control my cars Low Frequency Audio Amplifiers that come stock on the car. If these amps are not turned on that would explian the week base. My other thought was that all of the control for audio levels was done internially in the old reciever, meaning that highs/mids/lows are going to all the speakins in the car requiring me to just install a crossover.
- Any Ideas?

If you have the factory sub, you must use the Amp turn on (blue) wire.  As it is, your factory amp is not on if this is the case

Do it right the first time
