I got an Alpine cda 7892 powering my Rockford Fosgate 6 1/2 and 5X7 punches. And I was wondering if i should get an Amp to power the speakers, would the amp make them sound alot better?? if so what would be a good amp for that, i would need a fairly cheap one too sorta on a budget . thanks

Yes an amp would make them sound better. Try US Acoustics USB-4065. Its inexpensive, performs well for the price, and even comes with a three year warranty. It outputs a little more then your speakers are rated for so be careful with the gain. If you want to spend a little more look at the an Alpine or Rockford Fosgate amp.
