Aloha Guys,

I just bought a Bazooka 8" for my regular cab S10. I have a Coustic 241SE Amp. Will this combo work well? Will it have enough power? To wire this up, will I bridge this?If not, how should I?

Another question please. I want to add another amp for my Alpine 2 way speakers in my doors. Can I daisey chain another amp from my Coustic Amp? I know I would need to run a seperate hot and ground wire. If so, what amp would you recomend for this. My head unit only has one set of RCA outs so that's why I need to daisey chain them. Please, all you experts let me know what you think!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance.

first off which series subs did you buy?

for your second question yes you can but it will definately destroy your amps and maybe your speakers. i would advise against using the "daisy chain" method and just buy a second amp that has more power.

... unless by Daisy Chain you simply mean running the RCA pre-amp signal to both amps.  This is OK.

run your amp bridged to the sub, from what i can find the sub tube is 150wrms and the amp will put out a supposed 240wrms. i dont know how accurate the coustic amp ratings are but you may want to leave the gains on the lower side.
