Hi there,

I am trying to figure out which wire in the factory wiring harness is the remote antenna wire so I can hook up my amp. I looked up other models(Since I can't seem to find the 2002 model) and it says the pink wire is the one I want but there is no pink wire in the harness on the 2002. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Ian

The pink wire is in fact the ignition wire that is coming from the ignition itself. Find the wiring coming from the ignition that follows down the steering column, inside that bundle of wires is the pink ignition lead. Check to verify that it gives +12v dc with the key in and turned to on or acc. Solder your remote on wire to this lead and tape the joint securely to prevent a short circuit.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
