I have a pair of RFP 1212's (old school, a friend gave them to me for free).  Anways, the one pounds nicely, but i think the other one has a blown voice coil.  Since Rockford propably doesn't make them anymore, is it possible to get my voice coil fixed, or is this a case where im s*** outta luck?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I drive a neon...got a problem with that??

A re-cone on that speaker would cost you around $150.  Replace it.
