Time to break out the fibreglass, cardboard and mdf as well as a couple of well deserved brews!

i found a couple on ebay, but thats it. its not going to be a highly visible install, so a carpet regular mdf will be fine.

y not just build one like forbidden suggested you get it cheaper, and have the fun of being able to claim you built it own your own.

Custom building is sometimes the key as it allows a lot more flexibility and sense of pride in your work. However, the customer is also the person who must pay for it. Custom fabrication is usually more expensive than a prefab box and it is always a much quicker job. In this case it sounds like the customer just wants a little bottom end and does not mind the basic box under the rear seat. If this is case then you get what the customer wants but always recommend what the customer should have. The customer is the one to decide and it is always best to let the customer know about any and all possibilities.
