does any one have the formula to calculate displacement for a round port.

On the left side of this page under "volume calculators" there is a calc. for tube or cylinder enclosures. Just enter 0 for the thickness if you are measuring the inside diam. of the port.

Might have misunderstood you there. If you want to figure out how much of the boxes airspace is being used up, measure the outside diam. and run the formula (call this x), then measure the inside diam. and run the formula (call this y), then subtract  x - y, and that will give you how much airspace the tubewalls take up.
