whats involved in installing a new head unit in a 2002 bmw 328CI equipped with the harmon kardon system? does anyone make a wire harness that will allow me to feed low level from the new head unit into the factory amp? or does everything need to be rewired to bypass the factory amp to make this happen?

i havent even pulled the vehicle in the shop yet.
im assuming that you wont be able to feed hi level into the factory amps on this car tho. i was hoping to hear some feedback if anyone has experience changing the head unit in this vehicle...

yea they take hi level inputs very well to be honest with you ! They sound great and you cant tell there is a factory amp.... unlike ford premium sound systems !
