Does anyone have the stereo wire diagram for a Chey Monte Carlo? I can't find the switched 12V +.

there is no switched 12+ in those cars, everything is turned on and off by the data bus. You may find ignition in the wiring harness but it will not have the retained accessory power feature(RAP).
