please help with enclosure

I have 2 12" type r's. They are DVC 4 ohm subs. Im trying to figure out the perfect enclosure(s) for them. First off, should it be ported, sealed, or bandpass? I listen to mostly hip-hop and I want them to be very loud. I am looking to buy the hifonics brutus bx1000d amp, but if anyone has any ideas on an amp for them under $300 that will push them better let me know. I need complete dimensions of a box including port length and diameter if ported or bandpass would be better than sealed. The total width of the enclosure(s) can be no wider than 35" no taller than 17" and no longer than 17". Someone please help, a diagram would be awesome, thanks.

Since your not to experienced start off with a sealed box with 2 separate air chambers, each air chamber should have 1.15 cubic feet of air space.  That hifonics amp will do the job perfectly.  To figure out how much air space a box you design has look on the <<<<<left of your screen in the blue column where it says "volume calculators"  use that to make your box the perfect size.  Remember, 2 separate air chambers ok. so you'll need a separating wall in the middle off the box.  Use 3/4" mdf as the wood for the box, pre drill holes before screwing, glue and screw the pieces together, then use calking on all the corners on the inside to seal it up.  Grab 2 box terminals at your car audio shop and stick those on the back of the box.  And finally do not mount the amp on the box since the box may flex some and kill the amp, ,or thieves will be able to steal the stereo all at once also.2003 Chevy Avalanche,Eclipse CD7000,Morel Elate 5,Adire Extremis,Alpine PDX-4.150, 15" TC-3000, 2 Alpine PDX-1.1000, 470Amp HO Alt.

Dawg, this is your lucky day.  I already did the work for you....well, not all of it!  Look at my post here for two boxes, either of which will suit your needs.  The measurements are there.  Get out your woodworking tools and go to town.  And thank Alpine Guy for the info on type/volume.
