Ok......so i have the whole setup, high output alternator, yellow top deep cycle battery, the whole nine yards, now for show and sound purposes,  is there any advantage as to getting a big capacitor 12+ farad, or sticking with a small one 2 farad or less? Running dual L7's with kicker 1200.1 amp at 1OHM.

Smoother voltage to the amps?? I know Phoenix Gold made the Powercore which was a 15 and 20 farad cap that use 100+ little caps to get to that total amount. The only real advantage I can see is smoothig the DC coming into the amps.

The bigger one will cost more and as such add more BLING value to your setup.
