From what I am seeing anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 cu ft tuned to about 30-32 hz is good for street and will produce a large # on a meter.    If looking for SPL only then there are alot of other things to consider. What vehicle, do you know the resonant freq of the vehicle? sub placment, port placement,   there are alot of things to consider when building an all out SPL vehicle, espically fo shows and such.
