Not a car audio question, but still audio.  Where can i get my hands on a 60-75 ft digital coaxial cable? or what could i use to make one?

Honestly, you can make one out of any cabling that is around 75ohms, if I remember correctly. RG-6 with RCA ends on it will do just fine. THere isn't really such a thing as "digital" coaxial cable, it's all just coax...

Thats what i thought. My brother is doing a link between a computer and a home theater system and came to me with that question since the computer dosn't have an optical output.

Depending on the product he's using for audio output, there will be an optional TOSlink output. My computer has a digital optical/TOSlink on it. I would, however, use only digital coax for relatively long runs. I used to use about 30' of coax from my computer to my home theater.
