If I were to take 2 2 ohm voice coils, connect the 2 coils together in parallel, and run the other 4 terminals (2 pos, and 2 neg, 1 set from 1 sub) back to a mono block amp, would the wiring be to a 1 ohm load???

That's a confusing way to say it.  What do you have, two DVC 2 ohm subs?

Im thinkin of gettin 2 2 ohm dvc L7's... and I was tryin to think of a way to parallel them down to 1 ohm a piece, and use my KX1200.1 to power both of them... or maybe even get another KX.... but I was thinkin about paralleling the 2 subs together... and runing the other 2 voice coils back to the amp and pretty much bridge the 2 subs together at the mono block....

You would be making each sub 1 ohm.  To put two 1-ohm subs together, you can't maintain that 1 ohm load, so you will end up with 1/2 ohm the way you are describing.  The normal way is to arrive at a 2 ohm load with two DVC 2 ohm subs.

If you want to get 1 ohm out of two subs, get DVC 4 ohm models.

I talked to a car stereo guy and he said the L712s dvc 4's cant handle a 1 ohm load.... he said get dual 2's... but I dont know how to wire them... thats why, Im thinkin, instead of paralleling the subs and voice coils, like the picture... just parallel the voice coils and run both subs back to the same terminal

......dude.......I AM a car stereo guy.  He was telling you about one sub.  Look over the wiring diagrams I showed you a link to and come to your own conclusion.

And....running two wires to the same terminal is the same as paralleling the subs together.  Parallel connections are all pos to pos and all neg to neg.  It can take place either on the subs or at the amp, but it's parallel connecting either way.

Speakers don't HANDLE ohm loads.  They ARE ohm loads.  Amplifiers HANDLE ohm loads.  Chill and read what I showed you.

each sub will only get 600 you have 2 subs.      To be honest, I have ran 2 dual 2 ohm l7s on a kx1200 for hours on end at .6ohm, which is the load that you get from the 2 subs.   Althought I will not be responsible if anything does break haha.
You best bet is to go with 2 amps, or 2 dual 4 ohm subs
