I have two 12'' W6 (Older Version) and I was wandering if it would be better to get two amps that have 350-400 rms and run one per sub, or if it would be better to get one 700-800 and run both off of that.

Also, I have a 92 firebird, large hatch area, which type of box should I use to get the best sound out of them, thanks for your help.

Depends upon which amps you’re talking about. What are you considering?

I have been looking at the Fosgate Punch 400s/700s. They seem like they would work fine, unless you know of something better, I am trying to stay below $500 if I can.
