Would mono foam be a suitable product to use to take up extra space in a subwoofer enclosure?  Problem is on one side of the fg enclosure is about .25 cu.ft larger than the other and need to equal them. No room for a piece of 2x4 and such.

What is "mono" foam?  In general if you need to make an enclosure smaller you must used something dense.  I've used wood, bricks, a bag of rocks, a plastic bag filled with sand... there are lots of options.

Mono foam is that stuff that comes in an arisol can you spray and it expands to fill large cracks on your house and such.  The bag of sand trick may work too.

AlpineGuy.... yeah, it works great. You can carve it down to get even closer once it hardens up.
You can use the rest of the can to make neat looking things around the shop as well. Perhaps a couple fake dog coils to freak out the neighbors (put some corn in there to really wierd them out)
