wiring kit worth the money?

Alright, i have decided on getting the Rockford Fosgate Punch 700X, but now i'm not sure about the 4-gauge wiring kit. The site i'm ordering it from(crutchfield) suggests the Rockford Fosgate kit( http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-unbQ9CL9pxm/ProdView.asp?a=0&s=0&g=711&id=essential_info&i=575RP1732), probably for obvious reasons, but it is $160 and made for hooking up 2 amps, i believe, which i do not need, as opposed to a Lightning Audio kit( http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S-FI0OeXSfG9K/ProdView.asp?a=0&s=0&g=711&id=essential_info&i=495SXPK4I) from the same site that is only $70.  Will the Lightning be a good enough kit for my amp, or does it not really make that much difference. I'd rather not spend $120 more for something i don't really need. I'm going to be placing my order today, so if you could give me any feedback the sooner the better, Thanks again.Each to his Own...

I think that you can use your money a little more wisely than spend $ 100 on this type of install kit. Are you competing or is this judt for your own pleasure ? If your not competing, then to spend anything more than $ 50.00 on the necessary wiring is extraneous and not worth it. A decent 4 gauge kit with respectable RCA's will run you about $ 40 - 50 . If you want higher end stuff then about $ 75.00 will more than sufficient.Jeff

Would not waste my money on the Fosgate one.
