this is my first install its taken about six months to complete. i made a fiberglass botton sub box and amp rack, fiberlgass kick pods, raamated the interior , ran all the wiring and the speakers are installed. but what i thought would be easy has turned out to be very frustrating . i have two orion amps the 8004 and the 600d. these amps have bass q right next to the high pass contoller. i was thinking the bass q should be next to the low pass filter. and why is the bass q even on the 8004 its not a sub amp.
i just need to know which crossover to activate for my component speakers front and rear and the sub. thank you.

ok i think i might know what it is i just need confirmation
I think when hooked up to a sub the high pass serves as a subsonic filter with the bass (intelli) Q serving as a subsonic filter.
or it can serve as a regular high pass filter with the intelli q turned all the way down to zero.
some one has these amps its a old model, help me i need to finish the install im getting anxious to hear it.
bump
