Recently, I was driving when my stereo started to loudly pop and make other noises. Then all of a sudden, my front driver side speaker begins smoking. I took out the face off my head unit until I got home. When I got home I disconnected that speaker from the amp. Now everything seemed to work fine but there is a whine that is directly connected to the throttle. As well as popping and clicking when I use other electrical things in my vehicle. This was not there before and am wondering why it is now.
I have a Pioneer head unit which goes to a four channel amp which goes to my four speakers (two front and two rear). I have had this setup for about 2 months now with no problem but all of a sudden this. Does anyone have any idea what happened and what is happening?
