I don't have a whole lot of money to spend and I don't have an air compressor. I'd love to get a a Paslode, but even used ones are $125+.
I'm looking at this electric Senco PC0991 that shoots 1+1/4" 18ga brad nails.

Do you guys think it will be powerful enough for making 3/4" MDF boxes?

I've never used electric so not sure. It should be fine as mdf isn't the hardest wood there is.

I just bought an electric nailer from home depot. It is very similar to that one. It also can handle nails up to 1 1/4". It works just fine on mdf. Much faster and easier than screws.

I dont remember the brand but it was about $60 at home depot. Im sure I could have found a better deal online but I was there and I had the money.
