for SQ i am gona go with none of the above, i really don't think that you are gona get any real SQ out of any of those, i have a MOJO. And i really don't see the SQ in it, and Kicker (LOL) that is like slapping two boards together (try it and you will know what all Squares sound like). And i really can't tell you anything about RF i haven't used any of those for a number of years like when i was in high school and i am 21 now. But for the last few years i have been memphis subs and amps, but been jumping around to find the best coaxs and componets and right now i am with Hertz and they sound wicked cool.

Next time try putting the squares in a professionally built box, and I'm sure you'll be converted.  As far as my opinion of what I'd recommend, my personal opinion is Kicker, but I do know they all will only sound as good as its enclosure.  One other criteria we need to recommend the right sub is what is your idea of SQ?  If your looking for stuff that sounds good with rock, your sub choice could differ when you throw in some old school Van Halen (not Van Hagar!) My advice is listen to all of them in their recommended enclosures (whether it be sealed or ported with the appropriate sub) and make your choice from there.

Its about 90% enclosure, I have seen some really cheap subs sound great and some really exspensive subs sound like garbage. IMO the enclosure is were its at, no matter what speaker you chose.

I like the kickers more than the other two choices...in a properly built box they sound real nice and punchy and quick

The kickers in a properly designed box or even one to kicker specs would beat all those subs hands down in SPL and SQ
