i have just replaced the big 3 and a couple other wires in the engine bay of my 2000 civic, all the wire is 8aug and 4 aug depending on which one is replaced. i also replaced the negative battery terminal, i sanded both terminals down and cleaned them off and have a proper tight connection on everything, the wires are crimped with ring terminals and have shrink rap covering the wire/terminal, on the occasion though the car has a tendency to not want to start it acts like the battery has no juice and sometimes if i just wait it will start and sometimes i have to fiddle with all the wires to get it to start, anyone think they can give me an idea on what this could be, also im starting a system for a friend, 94 del sol custom mdf/fiberglass box with one 10" L7 ported behind the seats, ill post pics of the process and finish product

Follow the wire heading to the starter or main fuse box from the battery to ensure it is still good and tight at the other ends as well. Will the new terminals on the battery move at all, for example will they twist from side to side?

Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
