alright so i had my friend install my clarion auto pc for me. first off nowhere 2 put the harddrive but thats the least of my worries. THe thing turns on and everything, but we are not gettin any sound. im more into the custom stuff like fiberglassing as of late an im a complete newb to wiring. he says he did everything right but i dont no. any tips before i pay 55 an hour 2 have it fixed. if it is wired right what could it be because eveb wen we plug in head fones it still doesnt produce sound

You didn't mention the year/make/model/trim level of the vehicle.  Check to see if the amp turn on lead is connected properly.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Double check the wiring and also ensure a good ground to the unit. As stated above if the vehicle has an OEM amplifier make sure that the amp is powered up or rewire the system to bypass the amplifier.
