So I've collected a small stash of car audio supplies to install once I've bought my car, the problem is I'm having trouble deciding how to power them and which ones I should install. I've gotten my feet wet in audio electronics when I was researching building musical speaker enclosures (bass/guitar) and small amplifiers so I will be able to understand a reasonable amount of feedback.

THE LIST

Matched pair, previously unused 6-1/2" ALPINE 6267GX 2-way car audio speakers: 90W peak, 30W RMS at 4OHMS

Matched pair, previously unused JBL Power "P-532" Titanium cone (I was told? Unsure, but they are definitely not plastic or paper cones) car audio speakers: 5-150W (5-200W with a P-Kit passive crossover) at 4OHMS I'm assuming... it's not stated on the backs.

Matched pair, previously installed/used 4" JBL "GTO402" 2-way automotive loudspeakers 5-75W per channel at 4OHMS.

Four, previously unused 3-1/2" JBL coaxial "TL350" automotive loudspeakers, 15W power rating at 4OHMS.

One matched pair, previously unused 1/2" JBL "Grand Touring Automotive Speaker Tweeters" 90W peak, 30W RMS at 4 OHMS.

So I've got 12 OK quality car audio speakers here... anybody got any ideas of how to go about installing them to use them as efficiently as possibly? Or power amp/crossovers/eqs to go with them?? I don't have enough experience with car audio to get a head start on shopping...

I was thinking a power amp in the 300-400 watt range, but I'm unsure how to wire up all those speakers (or at least some of them) when most amps don't have enough outputs.

Any advice is appreciated.

1984 Pontiac Fiero. It has no deck or sound system in it currenty. This will be a home brew setup.

It may have provisions for 2-3" speakers in each head rest as well.
