Viper 5900 using a 567G module on an '05 crew cab Silverado.
Most everything is hooked up and I'm not getting any light from the LED. I put my multimeter on the brain and don't get any power reading from it either. The 567G programmed as it was supposed to and I think the 5900 brain learned the tach but I can't be sure because there no confirmation without the LED.
The unit works because I can give the WHITE/ blue wire a double tap to ground the the trunk starts up and the doors lock/unlock during the startup. I can't get the remote to do anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

no LED on what? bypass or main Viper module? Do you have antenna plugged in? Test power and ground and also check fuses.
The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya

The dash LED. There is no LED on the main brain of this unit. The only other LED is on the 567G module which does light and worked correctly learning the GM/lock codes or whatever.

Also, I confirmed ground at main negative input, also the lack of ground at hood pin switch, and the neutral ground input. Also the constant + on the red wire, H1 plug.

Yes, it comes with the blue LED that you put on the dash. That is the one not working. Since it doesn't work I can't check to get into any of the diagnostics for the unit and find out why the remote isn't doing anything.
