Hi....viper 550esp here with a normal setup:
Domelight supervision, parking light confirmation, trunk pop, yada yada.
So...the parking lights flash when you arm the car,
and they flash-flash when you disarm. When you remotely
start the car, they flash, and then stay lit.
My question is for channels 2 and 4, that don't blink
the parking lights. I would like the lights to blink
at least once if I pop the trunk or use channel 4.
Is there a way to tap into the parking lights relay on
the alarm to make this happen?
THANKS!

you will have to hookup a relay each to channel 2 and channel 4 to do the job.
Relay configuration:
Channel 2 output to pin 85, pin 87 and 86 to constant 12 volts fused 10 amps, pin 30 to parking lights input, and pin 87a do not use.   Do the same to channel 4.
Good luck.......

oh well, I figured I could just trip the parking light
relay with the channel 2 and channel 4 outputs.
Now I'm realizing that I didn't use a relay for the
parking lights...I just connected the wire from the
alarm to the p-lights wire.
This is a very elementary (and dumb) question, but
why can't I just piggyback the channel 2 output from
the alarm to the parking light wire to blink the light
once for confirmation?
