clifford concept 20 problem.

Ive got a Clifford Concept 20 thats starting to act up and Id like to have it repaired if thats what is needed.The cars been completly wired for this alarm and Id hate to rip out all the wiring and start over.Whats happening is the dash light stays lite and wont blink.any place I might be able to send it to and have it repaired,Thanks.

Do you mean the LED? If so you're in valet mode. Find your control switch turn the ign on and flip the switch. Light wil go out and you are back in alarm mode.

I will try this.If this isnt the problem were can I send it for repair.The company that owns Clifford is useless.Thanks for the reply.

This didnt work,also the alarm wont go off with any of the pin switches tripped.

That's because as I said you're in valet mode. I wil tell you the following. Take your remote, small button on side, press twice then press the main button (#1) once. This should turn off the light.  Failing this, into car, turn on ignition, press momentary side twice and hold side once.  Alternatively let me have your email address and I'll send you the owner's manual although havd you lokedf on this sight? Problem is the unit is so old us old school have forgotten and the youngsters don't remember.

Its been so long since Ive done anything with this car,I pulled the fuses to the alarm to keep from running down the battery,I couldnt even remember the code for the Valet switch.
